What we collect, and what happens to it.
This page says in plain words what information this site collects, why, and what we do with it. No legal fog. Last updated: 2 August 2026.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that can be your name, your email address, your phone number, your region, and whatever you choose to write in an answer box. Nothing on this site gathers personal information about you behind the scenes.
Why we collect it
To send you the thing you asked for, to reply to you, and to follow up on a conversation you started with us. That is the whole list. In legal terms: we handle your details to do what you asked us to do, and we send marketing email only with your consent, which you can take back at any moment.
The email list is a separate choice
Filling in a form does not put you on our email list. You join the list only when you tick the box that says so, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works with one click.
How long we keep things
We keep an enquiry while the conversation is alive, and for a while after in case you pick it up again. If you buy a program, Australian tax law makes us keep the sale record for at least five years. Everything else: ask us to delete it, and we delete it.
Where your details live
Your enquiry arrives with us by email and is kept in our own records so we can follow it up properly. If you join the email list, your name and email address are held in Mailchimp, the service that sends our emails. If you buy a program, the payment is handled by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch this website. Emails from our forms are delivered by a service called Resend, and the site itself is hosted by Vercel.
Some of these services store information outside Australia, mostly in the United States. We choose established services with their own strong privacy practices, and we give them only what they need to do their job.
Cookies and measuring
This site does not use advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies. We use Vercel's visitor counts, which work without cookies and without identifying you. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and any videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which keeps YouTube's cookies out until you press play.
No decisions by machines
Nothing on this site profiles you, scores you, or makes any decision about you by machine.
Children
This site is written for parents and adults, and our forms are meant for adults. If a young person has sent us their details and you would like them removed, email us and it is done.
Your details are yours
You can ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy of it, or object to how we are using it. One email does it: hello@wisdomeducation.org. If you are in the EU or the UK, these are your rights under the GDPR. We honour them for everyone, wherever you live.
We never sell or rent anyone's details, and we never share your enquiry with anyone outside our team.
If something ever went wrong
If your information were ever caught in a data breach, we would tell you and the privacy regulator promptly, and tell you plainly what happened and what we are doing about it.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your information badly, email us first and give us the chance to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or to your local data protection authority if you are in the EU or the UK.

If this page changes
If we change how we handle your information, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
