Not a retreat you come back from and slowly forget, but a year with a structure built to hold what you learn, so it becomes how you parent, not just something you once did.
The founding cohort is small on purpose.
A full year. Three layers.
1 · The complete "Raise Brilliant Kids" Program, with weekly calls
The full 90 days. You learn the foundations, then go deeper, with your questions answered on the weekly calls as you go. $1,497 of value, included for the founding cohort for free.
2 · Ten days in person, with BeAta and your cohort
The centrepiece. You live the framework alongside your children, with the dates and location set around your founding group.
This is where you learn how to really observe with different eyes, when to step out of the way, how to expand the learning in things you're already doing, and activities that foster your children's growth and yours.
3 · Monthly calls with BeAta, for the rest of the year
Learning it is one thing. The months where it becomes how your family lives are where most approaches leave you alone. This one doesn't. The group meets monthly, scheduled around the founding families, all the way to the end of your twelve months.
Ten days, in person. This is where the shift happens.
This is not a lecture series, it is a lived experience of the framework, applied in the moment with children. You will work with the 7 Seed Skills in practice, alongside other parents and educators.
There is no venue booked and no dates on a flyer, deliberately. The founding cohort chooses them together, around the families in it.
You will leave with:
- A complete, practical understanding of the 7 Seeds of Success® framework
- The skills to observe and guide developmental foundations in children and adults
- Confidence to apply this work in your own family
- The foundation to establish a Wisdom Hive in your community, if you choose
Your children are welcome. Their presence is intentional.
This is a program about how children develop.
It makes sense to have them with us.
Children are with the group much of the time. While they're developing a Seed Skill, you're learning about it and vice versa.
We watch it happen in the moment. You'll be learning what they're learning, and where it can be expanded.

- You're homeschooling or considering it, and you want a universal foundation for learning instead of having to choose between school-like curriculum or free-ranging

Parents attend alongside educators. Some bring their children. All leave as learning facilitators.

Year one is the same for everyone; at the end of it, those who want to facilitate move into a mentored path shaped around where you are by then. You don't need your own children to train.
